Perinatal Care across the Melinated Spectrum is a multifaceted workshop that incorporates the phases of conception with social wellness to improve maternal mortality and morbidity rates.
In this workshop, you will learn:
● How to define the phases of conception through perinatal case management to establish a holistic care plan.
● How to utilize clinical assessment tools to coordinate an individual perinatal care plan
